As with most things, God looks at leadership far differently than man does. To lead in God's kingdom, you must be willing to serve in all facets, including doing the lowliest jobs needed. When God calls us to serve in a role of leadership, it is a great responsibility that requires that we honestly examine our lives for sin. With the responsibilities, come great rewards!
