Jesus had the ultimate purpose or mission during His time here on earth. That purpose was to die on the cross for all our sins since the Fall of Man. He clearly set his priorities and never strayed from the path for our salvation. Yes, He performed miracles, he taught the disciples, but he never lost the laser focus of his ultimate quest.

What is your purpose as a Leader? Do you have the authentic values that Jesus preached to the disciples about not conforming to the patterns of this world? Are you truly leading yourself first before you are leading others with the correct mission statement or purpose statement that aligns yourself before you try to unify others? Does your mission statement represent you as a Goldy man today or are you just status quo like so many others?
