Lesson 174: Leadership Requires Sacrifice

To lead, you have to be prepared to sacrifice. It comes with the territory. If you are not willing to sacrifice then you shouldn't pick up the mantle of leadership. Remember, leadership is voluntary (mostly) and if you are not up to it, it's ok to let go and follow. There's nothing wrong with being a follower if you are not willing to lead.
