Leadership has been a blessing for me.  I found it at a eight-years-of-age. I had an injury at that age and missed the last two months of 3rd grade and my mom made me do it over.  When problems came up, the others kids in my 2nd year as a 3rd grader, said, "Lets ask the older kid."
