Heel Talks presents our 1st Leadership Spotlight! These  one-on-one interviews aim to highlight a student, staff, or faculty member on campus and the lens in which they view leadership and development. This episode features Dway Stover, the Student Engagement Coordinator within the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at UNC. She assists with Inclusive Student Excellence programs such as Beyond Carolina, Achieving Carolina Excellence, Dia de Bienvenida and Native Heels Day, as well as UNC's Summer Enrichment Institutes (Project Uplift, Uplift PLUS and NC Renaissance).  Tune in to hear about her role, her office, and how this all impacts her own leadership philosophy!
