She currently oversees campus safety, enrollment management,
auxiliary services, environmental health and safety, process optimization and business continuity.
Under her leadership, the enrollment at Howard University has grown from 8,000 to 12,000 students, leading strategic enrollment management efforts resulting in a 400% increase in net tuition revenue and a 92% in enrollment headcount over four years.
Along with the Provost, she also led the development of the University’s 5-year strategic plan, “Howard Forward 2024”.
