“There is a huge difference between leading change and directing change”
 
Hi this is Chett Daniel, Founder of K12 HR Solutions. On today’s episode I have guest Eric Sheninger.  Now, if you don’t know Eric Sheninger you must not be on Twitter—Eric is a rock star on Twitter.  He’s a former principal and now a Senior Fellow at the International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE). As a teacher I really strived to get involved with as many students as possible and I knew I could really only have a direct impact on those that I had in my classes.
