Ariane is a former child protection psychologist, turned writer and mother-of-one. After experiencing postnatal psychosis, Ariane developed a passion for perinatal mental health and ensuring other women and families receive the support they need. Through her work with COPE, the Centre of Perinatal Excellence, Ariane Beeston is ensuring that new Mums and Dads will be better supported in the community to navigate their way through their own perinatal mental health issues.
