What makes someone a good leader?

Is it confidence? Charisma? The ability to get results? We often measure leadership by power and position, but in John 13 we see Jesus turn that definition upside down. On the night before His crucifixion, the King of Kings knelt down with a towel and basin to wash His disciples’ feet.

But here’s the deeper question: If that’s what a good leader is, how do we become one? The answer isn’t found in trying harder or tapping into our own strength.
