The leadership in Thailand is slowly evolving from the Industrial to the Digital Age.  So, what are the attributes do leaders need to have to thrive in this disruptive world?  As Management Guru Peter Drucker once said, “management is doing things right, leadership is doing the right things”. This has been a simple, but elegant distinction between leadership and management that lead us for over 30 years.
