Sally Capp made history in 2018 when she became the first woman directly elected to the position of Lord Mayor of Melbourne. Since then, she has led the city through tumultuous times including upheaval in the office, the summer bushfires, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Through it all, Sally has retained her positive attitude, her drive to learn more, and her passion for getting involved and creating a better city for us all.
