TIMES ARE CHANGING.  More and more jobs are being able to be done remotely.  An individual doesn't have to be at the same location as those he is managing or working with in some cases. 

The growing popularity with remote work and the balance between home and work life are becoming increasingly popular.  We are going to see more and more jobs being able to be done from afar or through the computer thanks to robotics and technology as well.

So how do you lead remotely? Is it possible to lead from afar with the same results as you would in person?  We are going to learn more about that today with D.J. Brown who is a Team Supervisor over multiple health and wellness professionals.  Not only is D.J. over a team containing more than 20 workers he also does it remotely.  His team is all across the country so leading remotely makes it easier for the company and for D.J.  Episode 7 is going to help us learn more about leading remotely!
