Do cities need technology in order to be smart? Can “smart technology” alone turn a dumb city into an intelligent one? The human is still the most crucial piece in the machine — in this case, all the city inhabitants: those who run it and those who live it.
In this podcast we talk about the Leading Smart Cities with Trust program. A first-of-its-kind professional certificate, to learn from leaders in government, academia and the private sector how to gain a solid foundation of knowledge for all Smart City initiatives while building a professional network.
The Leading Smart Cities with Trust program is a selective and rigorous educational initiative offered through a partnership between the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University.
