This year in the face of the pandemic, we have seen collective effort across schools and global communities to build their wellbeing and contentment practice. One school, in particular, stands out, having focussed on this practice since its inception in 2018, way before this pandemic impacted our lives. Middleton International School (MIS) has been a trailblazer in this regard and went on to collaborate with the Contentment Foundation in the US to make its practice even more strategic and research-based.
In this podcast, we speak to Atima Joshi, Principal at Middleton, who has been a champion and a leader of this practice in her school and community.
