Though it was Simon Peter that led the rest of the disciples to fishing, it was the disciple that Jesus loved that revealed Jesus to Peter. In the kingdom of God, It is one thing to lead, but another thing to lead to reveal Jesus. We have been called not to lead to reveal ourselves, but to lead to reveal Jesus to humanity. Leading to reveal Jesus is only made possible when it is anchored in the love of God.
