Within 24 hours, Henry’s stores were closed. After a startling 90% drop in revenue, Gillian shares her approach to leadership, navigating the crisis, and how Henry’s is innovating and coming out stronger than ever. Gillian Stein is the CEO of Henry’s, the largest independent camera retailer in Canada. Henry’s is a family-owned business founded in 1909. Gillian has played an integral role in growing the business to over 300 employees with 22 retail stores across the country.
