Today we chat with Jolie Vitale who leads the data department at Carhartt. Jolie has been leading data teams for the past ten years and previously worked at Rocket Mortgage. In this episode, Jolie shares how to enable a data driven culture, the leadership traits one must embody to enable that change, and how we all have the opportunity to lead through empathy, authenticity and listening.

About  Jolie Vitale

Jolie leads the Data department at Carhartt, a retail workwear brand. She has been in data for thirteen years and in leadership for the past ten. She began her career fifteen years ago as a Marketing intern at Rocket Mortgage. She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University with a minor in Art and Design.
