“She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

This verse has been my classroom lately. Between being a wife, a homeschool mama, a Village leader, and a coach — God’s been teaching me that I can pour out wisdom, but I can’t control the outcome.

I can lead with strategy, structure, and truth… but real impact only happens when I lead with love.
