Art Serna Jr. is a nonprofit leader, community advocate, and strategist with more than 20 years of experience serving children, families, and underserved communities. He has held leadership roles across education, public service, and mission-driven organizations, including Teach For America, AmeriCorps initiatives, and family services programs in Texas and Oklahoma.

Most recently, he stepped into the leadership role as Executive Director at SpineHope, where he leads global efforts to expand healthcare access and sustainable surgical care for children and youth in underserved communities around the world. Art is passionate about building strong global systems, developing future leaders, and creating innovative solutions that help people and neighborhoods thrive.
