Her passion for helping people with disabilities began at age nine when she met her cousin, Beth Ann, who had Down Syndrome — inspiring a career built on inclusion and empowerment. Cathy has led statewide initiatives that promote employment, accessibility, and community integration. She also serves as President of the Rotary Club of Silverdale and continues to advocate for disability awareness and leadership through service.
