Today’s episode may be short and sweet but impactful on our busy lives.  We often find ourselves being very logical when it comes to things we need to accomplish instead of being guided by our heart.  

I was reminded of this when I was talking to a friend who was preparing for a presentation.  He kept saying that he needs to remember not to look down.  This made me think about how we lead ourselves every day.  Is it with our head and logic or is it with our heart and intuition?

When we lead with logic, we tend to find reasons not to do something that we may be passionate about.  We tend to narrow in on the small details.  When you lead with your heart, you will find your confidence, your stride and your happiness.
