Y'all! Summer is almost here and with its arrival, many will be heading to the outdoors to enjoy all of Earth's natural beauty. With that in mind, host Allison invited Bethany Green, Carrie Crawford and Sarah Harbin on the show to talk about League of Outdoor Women, an organization in Florence, Alabama.

On this episode, the three women talk about what their organization does, outdoor safety tips and share stories about their own experiences in nature. They also give tips on how to become familiar and comfortable being in the outdoors.
