Leah Koontz is the Vice President Controller of Southwest Airlines. Leah was the Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young before joining Southwest where she held numerous roles within the Finance Department. She currently oversees all Accounting and Financial Reporting, Tax, and Controlled Operations and provides Executive Support to the Communications and Outreach Team. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Accounting.
