One of the hardest things for authors is deciding what they going to write.
There is so much information out there on the best things to write that we can forget that what
works for someone may not work for you.
As a self-published author you have the room to write what you want. You don't have to fall into the mindset of trying to
write what everyone is telling you to write.
You are unique and the experiences and knowledge you have are what you need to lean towards.
Yes there is a balance to have as you start out. You might have to write to market until you get to know what your passions and
desires are, those things that make you jump out of bed and energize you.
You may have only grown up only reading fiction and that's all you want to write now and that's okay.
Don't hide that. Lean towards it. Don't despise your uniqueness for anything.
