Today we are talking about Lean Six Sigma. This is an important management and process improvement strategy and I thought it would be useful to cover some of the major principles. It can be applied to 503As, 503bBs and Hospitals.  This is part of a series that will be ACPE accredited when we are done.  At that point I will post a link to where you get a CE credit for listening if you are interested.
