Loida Haffener is the executive director of American Red Cross for South Central Southeast Oklahoma where she oversees 28 counties in Oklahoma.

Loida also is a co-founder of Le Monde International School, Public Charter of Norman, Oklahoma. She was charged with leading a team to create a language immersion school, one of the first of its kind in Oklahoma.
