Here is episode 1 of Leaning. I talk about a core problem in Christian ministry in America and how we can find out way to a healthier place.

I am starting a new podcast discussing health and sustainability in ministry. At the outset, it will cover the decline of pastoral ministry in the American Church but also how we should respond to this decline, and developing the necessary skills for faithful and biblical pastoring.
