Matthew Paetz is the Coaches Coach. He has been a Personal Development coach for entrepreneurs and coaches for the past 4 years. His focus is on helping his clients understand their early childhood survival patterns and root cause emotional trauma. Why? Because this is his story. Matthew believes that the best coaches understand how to coach from their actual struggles, not just their certificates. 

It's become his mission to help those who want to use their story to create change in the lives of others.
