What do you really want for your life this year?

It's my Birthday!!! (well it was when I recorded this episode) 

As we kick off 2024, I wanted to share some thoughts on the power of intention setting.  Many times we set goals for things we want to achieve as the calendar flips, but the real power is in knowing and intentionally deciding how you want to feel. What energy do you want to embody this year?
