Today I’m talking nerdy with Jonathan Bowles on taking a leap of faith and how to get out of your head and into your heart. In today’s conversation, Jonathan and I are going to step away from the science for a moment and into the practical: what does it actually take to recondition your relationship with fear in such a way that it can exist without holding you back from creating a life beyond your wildest dreams?

Jonathan is a motivational speaker, professional encourager, coach,  and lovingly known as the pastor of disaster. He left a 16 year career in the evangelical megachurch to start his own company, Slingshot House, that now helps develop and launch the dreams of people all over the world. 

I wanted to bring Jonathan on to talk with me about living fearlessly because I recently recorded an episode on the anatomy of fear (episode 7)  and Jonathan is the person that I personally call whenever I need a pep talk before taking a leap of faith.
