On this week’s Dream Business Radio Show, I interview Roland Gib Stewart. Gib Stewart retired from state government service at age 50 and started developing dental/medical office buildings. By 2017 they had assets of $30 million and were managing assets of over $70 million. Gib is now 76 and already this year has started four new initiatives.
