Our guest today was an All-American running back at the University of Virginia, then played 12 seasons in the NFL playing for the Cardinals, Chiefs, Jets and Bears. He even played in the 2006 Super Bowl.  He became one of just 25 running backs to surpass 10,000 career rushing yards. He has since embarked on a successful second career as a Hollywood actor and producer.  He’s also created a Foundation that has sent no less than 30 kids through college.    Welcome Thomas Q Jones.
