In this relaxing meditation, you will learn the first aspect of mindfulness and then we go into experiencing the state. Balancing our emotions and regaining a strong focus. 

You can sit or lay down. When doing these relaxing meditations, the most important is that you feel comfortable and that your position supports your relaxation. If you want, take a blanket over yourself so you are warm and ready to relax.

All meditations on this channel will have the same beginning preperations and then we will explore a new topic of mindfulness with every session. When more meditations is released here feel free to do them in any order, pick one with a theme that suits your day.
