Coaching - es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir diesen Begriff in unsere Reihe aufnehmen. Aber in den letzten Jahren hat es so an Bedeutung gewonnen, dass auch wir nicht müde werden, darüber zu berichten.
Adrian Herrmann gibt uns noch einmal einen tieferen Einblick, wie ein Coaching genau abläuft. Außerdem beleuchtet er seine Perspektive als Coach, welche Rolle Vertrauen in der Beziehung zwischen Coach und Coachee spielt und wie sich der Erfolg von Coaching messen lässt.

Die beiden sprechen über Narzissmus und darüber, wie seine Modelle wie das Kommunikationsquadrat, das Innere Team, das Werte- und Entwicklungsquadrat und das Teufelskreismodell das Verständnis und auch den Umgang damit erleichtern.
Es geht auch darum, wie man narzisstische Züge bei sich selbst erkennen und dagegen vorgehen kann - aber auch, was ich als Mitarbeiter:in tun kann, wenn ich durch narzisstische Züge meiner Führungskraft herausgefordert werden kann. Eine wahnsinnig spannende Episode voller Informationen und Denkanstöße - nicht nur für Führungskräfte.
