Is your job always fun? No, of course not. And if your work is also in an environment where many people are having problems, and you try to solve those (in any way or form), it doesn't make it any easier. And that's often the case with missionary work. But… if you deal with your own silly mistakes in a light-hearted way, and you can laugh about them together (with your partner or your team members), it makes your day, week, month, year a lot more fun!
