Why. oh, why is it so hard for some us to say"NO?" Are we always wanting people to like us ? I have learned as I have become a a more mature  woman
 ( stop laughing🤣) that it is ok to say no to just about anything, You may need to train yourself, but you can do it. 

Damar Hamlin is doing well and thank God. I thank all you who have prayed for him and now continue to pray for peace in Ukraine.
