Theory of energy part one: law of attraction. Based on your energy you can attract of reject things in your life. Since everything is energy, including you, the energy frequency you hold will dictate the response and interaction that you have with other energies

How does it work energy? Based on your energy, you vibrate in a specific way that will attract or reject certain things in your life. Everything around you is energy not only alive things, also objects are constituted of energy and will come with a specific response to your vibration

Once you understand the way that energy work, you will know that by shifting your energy and changing your frequencies you can attract anything you want in your life.

How can you do so? Many ways are serving this purpose, first one is about mindset and feelings. Nevertheless also your lifestyle plays an essential game in the moment you want to shift your vibrations.

Learn to shine, my project, was born because I have understood the importance that energy has in our lives and I decided I wanted to share my experiences and my knowledge to inspire anyone to shine into their best version through a collection of content that helps mind and body helping you to reflect to the external world your shine that starts from within you, with a self care journey of your inner world and your external body. That is why I called the project learn to shine from inside out.

Mindset shift: work on your subconscious to manifest your life. Every time something is not working out the way you would like to, trust there is a major force around that is orchestrating things for you to get what you want. When you believe that’s what you want but it doesn’t turn out to be happening or coming to you, that’s not what’s meant for you. The universe knows, the universe moves its magic, you don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes with your human view to make sure you get what you want. Repeat to yourself “the universe knows” all times something is not working out the way you believe is the right one.

We learn the meaning of surrender to the universe because we don’t know what’s moving for you to ensure you get what you want.

You need to learn to let the control go and surrender to the universe. Things are moving around for you, the moment that you are able to let the flow doing its magic, manifestations will reach you

If you have your vision clear, whatever happens in your 3D reality should not effect your mind. If everything is not working out as you believe is right, you don’t know what else is moving around for you. Trust the universe making its magic. Accept that everything you want will come to you in the right time, when you are ready to handle what you asked for. You just need to keep focus on your vision & embodying daily your positive energy. 

Post holiday depression shouldn’t exist. When you are feeling fulfilled in your life you are not feeling sad or frustrated coming back home from any good experience. For how amazing it is you should always feel full of love and gratitude for what you could experience and also happiness to come back home to your place. If that’s not the case, you should assess your life and see what is not right for you to offer you the feeling of happiness when going back.

If you are coming back home from a trip or a fulfilling experience you should come back with a baggage of amazing memories but also with your heart full of joy of going back to your home, your reality that you created in your everyday life.

I get way too excited when I speak about manifesting. Here 3 things you need to do when you enter your manifestation mindset. One, set your vision. What you want to receive from the universe? Two, don’t settle for less than you asked for. Why would you accept something less than what you deserve? Three, accept that you have no control on how this thing will come in your life. Why would you need to know how? Just focus on the what and manifest your dreams, it will never be too big.

When you have sent your ask to the universe then it’s time to. One allow things to unfold to you. What happens always can pull the door that will open. Two, act aligned to your thoughts and beliefs. Nothing can happen if you don’t project yourself on the right trajectory.

When you are manifesting you need to accept everything that happens in your life, because there is not a single coincidence and everything is just happening for you to make sure you reach what you have been asking for to the universe

When you are asking things to the universe you need to trust that this thing, person, job, circumstance will be delivered to you. And if that’s not what you wanted exactly, sometimes we focus on one specific things which we believe is what we need. But then the universe will not make it work. This is only because someone or something better is coming through your way and if you are stuck with something that’s not what you need, there won’t be space for what’s really meant for you 💖

How do you know if you are on the right track when manifesting things? Sometimes we keep on going but we don’t see the final goal yet and we can become somehow frustrated. But that’s exactly at this moment that the universe will throw at you signs so that you will know you’re on the right direction and that your manifestation is coming to you. The moment when you are loosing the hope, the universe gets your back. Trust your process always.
