One of my favorite subjects on today's episode - LEARNING! Open yourself up to the things that you do not know! Open your hearts up to that feeling of vulnerability when you must admit that you do not know - for it is the only path to truly be able to learn - and from learning is growth - and an evolution that allows us to be our most authentic versions of ourselves!

And let's ponder this quote from Epictetus:

"It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows."

Turn the opportunity to learn into a possibility with being ok with not knowing!
