Minutes with a Purpose means taking small strides to improve quality of life.  Can you do this with constant glaring issues?  Distractions? Harassment? Lack of money and resources?  Yes I think you can.  Lets get life organized in 2019.  The pain and suffering people on Social Security face regularly doesn't mean giving up or in to daily life struggles.
