Kenneth De Meuse—This was the 2019 meta-analysis of 20 empirically tested field studies that found a strong correlation between learning agility and performance.
Nicky Dries (and her colleagues)—This was the 2012 study which found that high performers are 3x more likely to be identified as high potentials, but those who have high levels of learning agility are 18x more likely to be identified as high potentials.
Jennifer Porter—This was not her research, but she reported on a study by a team of researchers that found that when people set aside 15 minutes a day for self-reflection, they can see a 23% increase in their performance after 10 days.
