For the past 21 years Eira Argenal and Oscar Aragón have been putting committed to empowering youth through education, language training, leadership transformation and financial education in their country, Nicaragua. Eira is a trained lawyer and Oscar a Physician, and together they are the Directors of their company, Alianza Americana (and wife and husband!).
