First, The plaintiff says she knew she had two brothers and a sister from her mom’s side. At her father’s funeral, however, she learned that he had other kids. She believes she and the defendant, whom she met at the funeral, have the same father, so she’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant also found out about the chance of additional siblings at the same funeral.

Then,The plaintiff dated the defendant, but on two occasions, she says the defendant came to her job and caused a scene, which led to her getting fired, so now she’s suing her ex-girlfriend for rent and breach of contract. The defendant claims the plaintiff punched her in the face and ruined her car, so now she’s countersuing for the damages.

Plus, The plaintiff says she paid the defendant to tattoo her arm. She claims his shoddy work gave her a severe infection, so she’s suing for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. The defendant claims he and the plaintiff had sex after the tattooing procedure. He says she got an infection because she failed to take care of the tattoo site. He’s countersuing for harassment.
