Morgan Funke is CEO of the nonprofit The Cause. Nikki has the opportunity to interview Morgan as she talks about what it's like to experience burnout and learn from it. They discuss the importance of wise counsel, being teachable and ask for help, allowing your teammates to step into their giftings and being able to work together. Look to those who are running with you and run together, become friends with them, collaborate. The kingdom of God is not about competition, its about working together. There is no competition in the kingdom of God. They also talk about your identity.
