Dee and Ian have a catch up on their training, Dee is 4 months out from the North Channel and Ian is pushing out what he is doing in the sea ahead of Galway bay.

The swimmers we coach have been to nationals and all have had PB's in their events. Seeing their success is keeping both of us motivated.
