Jared Blitz, President and Creative Director of Blitz Creative, a creative media studio that works with brands and professional athletes, had his eyes set on Hollywood and the entertainment industry. He opens up to podcast host Jaclyn Beck about his career path, finding internships and other experiential learning opportunities, building a network and learning how to treat people. Now, he’s taken all of those experiences to build his own business where he aims to not only hire top talent, but also to retain them and motivate them to reach their highest potential.
