Hello everyone.
Hope everyone is doing great and enjoying good health.Today I am here to share with you guys the new pattern that i learned in crochet.I am obssesed with crochet flowers so I always try to learn new flower patterns.Today the pattern i learned is called as a pingpang pattern.
While scrolling through YouTube,I saw this pattern which really catched my eye so I tried to make one myself.I made it this weekend but as i was busy packing for the Eid holidays so i didn't get time to post it.Now I am back in my hometown so I thought to start my fun days by posting this pattern.
When I started making the flower,I thought i would be less time consuming and I will make 2 to 3 flowers of different colors but when I started making the flower it was very time taking process.The amount of slip stitches and chains I made in this one head are almost uncountable for me.It took me an eternity to complete this one flower so this flower is very precious to me.
I started my selecting the color and crochet hook of my choice.It really depends on the size of flower you want to create.I used 4 ply and 4mm hook.I made the top part and did most of stitches in back loop only.
Then the real struggle began.I did 8chains and slip stitch in each stitch which was a very time consuming process.I skipped some stitches at last cause I was so tired from Eid shopping and packing.But as the number of stitches was very large it didn't make any difference in flower shape.
Then I tried to make petals with wire inside but it was hard and I got injured during making the petal so i left it and made the simple petal.Then i took a bambo stick and wrapped it with green yarn with my glue gun and then added the petal to the stick and my flower was completed.
And it is complete
