Delegation is not something new nurses are taught and is oftentimes one of the biggest challenges she sees for her mentees so she wanted to dive deeper into the subject. Lacey also shares how communication plays a critical role in delegation, who and how to delegate to if you don’t have nursing assistants on your floor, and creating a team camaraderie.
