007: Learning How to See Contrast As a Gift

Episode 7 - In my early days of practicing the teachings of Abraham Hicks, I perceived contrast as something to avoid. It almost felt like the moment I experienced contrast, I fell into a sinking hole that was hard to pull out of. Then one day as I was journaling in a cafe, I got a new message from my inner guidance about how to approach contrast.
