Stacey Schaedler is a strength and nutrition coach based out of the Boston area. Stacey has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UMass Amherst. Her mission is helping women feel incredible through intelligent strength, training and sustainable nutrition. All of Stacy's methods are backed by science as well as no bullshit, quick fixes.
