Learning To Feel Again When You Feel Nothing

When we're in physical pain, we do whatever we can to make sure we can heal as quickly as possible. But, when we're in emotional pain, we tend to shut off, suppress, project, and ignore. Sometimes, trauma can feel so heavy and unbearable, so it's easier to turn off our feelings than to confront them. As we gain more perspective and awareness of ourselves and the world around us as we get older, we start to feel emotions from our past trickle back into our lives and manifest as either anger, frustration, irritation, depression, or anxiety. In this week's newest podcast episode, we'll flow together through deepening our awareness of ourselves to determine what we need to heal at our core.
